About Energy Healing Spirals

About Me

My Journey as a healer has been a Journey of transformation, not just for the clients I have given healing to, but for myself too. For me, the basis of healing means, with the consciousness of the Universe, through the recipients willingness to be healed, acting as a catalyst with a heart centred intent, and holding space for unconditional love and non-judgemental views, while offering healing, to all those who needs to be healed, so that it reaches where it needs to go.

Echoing those words of Rumi “the wound is the place where the light enters you”, my own life experiences and the inner qualities of myself, had paved me the way to be the healer I am today. Also the wisdom of my teachers/Gurus, who are specialists in different spiritual modalities, had given me the confidence and courage, as well as the skills to continue this journey into healing, and here is a glimpse of how it all came to be.

The existence of a Universal life force, was a vague feeling I had within me as a child, and since my near death experience back in 2001, life took a deeper meaning which continues to expand and widen even today on a daily basis, with increased awareness, sensitivity, through regular meditation and CPD activities. I had always felt that, spiritual energy which is presented throughout the Universe, is connected to all the cells in our bodies, and in return we are connected to everyone, and everything energetically.

My calling to be a healer, has been ever present since my visions of past lives, as well as the spiritual experiences since 2001. But I was reluctant, to acknowledge and accept that this would be my soul purpose, as I was afraid how it would be perceived within my culture, and the society I grew up in.

Being brought up in a Theravada Buddhist household, I was accustomed to seeing rituals, prayers and even shamanistic rituals since I was a child, and felt home within these spiritual occasions. I was always the child, who loved the evening skies and dreamt of Angels, while questions on other worlds and ancient civilizations happened to be my favourite subjects, which caused endless questions from my parents.

As I grew up loving all living beings with compassion and kindness, I knew I would be a Vegetarian, when my religion itself did not require me to be so. It was around the same time, I discovered about a great great Uncle of mine who was an Ayurvedic Medical Practitioner, who specialised in removing serpent venom during the Colonial Period in Sri Lanka.

I then became the subject of set of rules, which had confined me to a particular community by birth, and I knew being in the service sector, would not be encouraged by my family or relatives at all. Initially I felt isolated and lost, in my interest of being of service to others.

However the NDE (Near death experience) back in 2001, had much more of a profound meaning to my life, than I had ever imagined, and the words spoken to me at the time became a motto to live by. Recovering from the trauma of it, I had begun to meditate, browse through endless list well known  Spiritual books in many of London’s new Age shops, and even joined the famous College of Psychic studies in South Kensington.

From then on, life took a different meaning, as I participated in numerous workshops developing new skills in psychic abilities, automatic writing, and studying many modalities of healing to enhance the healing capabilities, which existed within me. As a result, I had studied and have been initiated into Reiki, Sekhem (Egyptian Healing), Alchemy Energetic Healing, Spiritual Healing, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Sound healing energies with drums as well the Singing Bowls. My senses heightened with each energetic attunement, and my understanding and awareness of the divine, presence of my guides and energy fields of others became much more apparent.

The Institute of Noetic Sciences co- founded by the Astronaut Edgar Mitchell, also became a place of strength and encouragement for me, as I took part in their on-line experiments on remote viewing and other psychic phenomena, but it failed to fulfil my need of helping others, and I had continued searching for ways to be of service to others.

Coincidentally, a significant health situation presented itself with an unexplained fertility issue, leading me towards holistic therapies such as past life regression, and acupuncture and herbal medicine. While I persisted in my treatment with Amanda Cox for a year with fertility acupuncture, and past life regressions with Dr. Hema Vyas, many insights became clear, and my role as a Priestess of Goddess Isis providing healing, during the Old Kingdom of Ancient Egypt, traces of lives in Lemuria, as well as of a first nation Woman of the (Lakotan community) became apparent. It was at that point, a longing within me, began to resurface to experience the life of a Healer once again much more strongly.

As a matter of fact, much of my time was spent researching through the British Museum Libraries, and being a librarian by profession, this became an enjoyable task nevertheless. It also brought me immense joy, as I knew the Soul purpose of my life, would be to offer what my soul had always known, to the Community at large. It became apparent that, it had the ability to fill a void, which I had been trying to complete throughout my life, seeking unconditional love from my family, and personal relationships.

I began to offer free healing sessions to my friends and family, despite their raised eyebrows, and restrictions placed by my immediate family. Regardless, I had continued offering hands on healing, as well as distant healing, to people based in UK as well as other countries, and the feedback received has been extremely positive.

What is fundamental to me in my healing work is this, the unconditional love, and non-judgement towards all that crosses my path, and compassion towards all living things, and having a heart centred view point. I have gone within me, to find myself while giving healing to others, and in the process of healing myself in return. This cycle will continue, and my own ancestral links have aligned in me, as I integrate healing into my daily life, summing up all that has ever been, and all that is yet to come.

Much lov n light to you
